
The Devil's Kiss
2.0 oz white rum
0.5 oz orange liqueur
0.5 oz creme de cassis
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 Thai chili
1 slice of ginger root
In a mixing shaker, add chili, ginger and lime juice. Muddle. Add rum, orange and cassis. Add ice. Shake very well.
Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with a single mint leaf.

Summer Storm
2.0 oz rye whiskey
2.0 oz ginger beer
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
0.25 oz honey syrup
6-8 mint leaves
6-8 blueberries
In a shaker, muddle blueberries, mint and honey syrup. Add rye whiskey and lime juice. Shake and single-strain over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint leaf.

The Golden Spike
1.5 oz Rittenhouse Rye whiskey
1.5 oz Depths Ginger Liqueur
0.5 oz ginger & clove syrup
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2 dashes old fashioned aromatic bitters
1 lime wheel garnish
Build the drink adding spirits and lime juice in a rocks tumbler, then filling with crushed ice. Top with bitters and garnished with a lime wheel. Do not stir.
